Just finished reading Anthony Bourdain's, THE NASTY BITS. Very interesting to hear him describing all the food in other countries with his decorous use of words. I love his voice on his TV show - very relaxing and it's the same with reading his words. I liked it even better than his other book, "Kitchen Confidential".
